FCSS CTE Credential Teacher Preparation Program
Candidates without a current clear California Credential (single-subject or multiple subjects) are required to take the following courses:
- CTE 100 CTE Foundations (7 week course)
- CTE 101 Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment (7 week course)
- Health Course (4 week course)
- Candidates who are not employed for 4 terms/2 years must complete the Advanced Professional Training Course
Candidates with a clear California Credential (single-subject or multiple subjects) are required to take the following courses:
- CTE 100 CTE Foundations (9 week course)
- First Aid CPR

Health Course: $350
Advanced Professional Training (if not employed for 4 Terms/2 years) - Consult with Program Administrators

Certificate of Clearance Fee: $52.50 (payable online to CTC)

Waiver Fee for Certificate of Completion of Staff Development/Cross-cultural Language and Academic Development (applied through district): $100.00
